pediped™ footwear wants you to be happy with your purchase.  We stand behind our products 100% and if you are not satisfied with your purchase , you may exchange or return any pediped™ footwear product in its original condition within 30 days and can replace any defective merchandise within 90 days (*Terms & Conditions apply).  Please download our Return/Exchange form (you may need to download Adobe Reader first).

*Terms and Conditions:

pediped™ will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions:

Exchanges may be provided if the merchandise was purchased at a registered pediped™ footwear retailer.  Only items purchased at www.pediped.com or ordered via phone with our customer service representatives are eligible for a return.

Merchandise must be exchanged/returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE (INVOICE DATE).  Orders exchanged/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.  Shoes must be returned in their original boxes in good condition. pediped™  reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note that pediped™ is only able to exchange defective merchandise for the same style and size as the defective pair. The exchange must be made within 90 days of original purchase.  

When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return , pediped™ highly recommends using a courier such as UPS or FedEx which provides a tracking number for your shipment.  Please ship the shoes back using appropriate shipping materials. pediped™ footwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Other:

If a credit for the merchandise needs to be issued , a credit for the value of the returned merchandise will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase.  Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  For more information , please contact your credit card company.

If a shipping error occurred on our part , we will gladly reimburse you for your return ground shipping charge upon receipt of your merchandise.  Shipping reimbursement will be credited to the original purchase credit card and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge.

NOTE:  Please allow 3-5 days from the time your exchange/return is received by pediped™  to be processed (plus shipping time).

TO EXCHANGE or RETURN a PRODUCT:

Complete and print the Return/Exchange Form (click here to download Adobe Reader) and include it in your package to pediped™ footwear.  For exchanges , please also include a credit card number or a check payable to pediped™ footwear for $5 (US) , $10 (Canada) , or $15 (International) for shipping (exchanges will not be processed without payment).

Once completed , send the form and merchandise to be exchanged or returned to the following address:
